Abstract

The research focuses on one of the most important issues of urban development of heritage areas, which is the employment of intangible heritage represented in historical events, occasions and celebrations by simulating them in the locations where these events took place, which contributes to attracting numbers of foreign and domestic tourist groups. The research focused on proposing a model to measure the performance of urban development of the urban environment of heritage areas, adopting the highest employment of intangible heritage within the framework of responding to the development targets of the urban environment of heritage areas. The model was chosen to be applied to the city of Luxor.
يركز البحث على قضية من أهم قضايا تنمية المحيط الحضري للمناطق التراثية وهى توظيف التراث المعنوي والمتمثل في الأحداث التاريخية والمناسبات والاحتفالات بالمحاكاة في المواقع التي تمت بها هذه الأحداث الأمر الذى يساهم في جلب أعداد من أفواج السياحة الخارجية والداخلية. وقد ركز البحث على اقتراح نموذج لقياس أداء التنمية العمرانية للمحيط الحضري للمناطق التراثية اعتماد اعلى توظيف التراث المعنوي في إطار التجاوب مع مستهدفات التنمية للمحيط الحضري للمناطق التراثية وتم اختيار النموذج بتطبيقهُ على مدينة الأقصر.
