Factors Affecting The Safety Achievement In New Residential Communities As An Approach To Reduce Crime Rate | العوامل المؤثره علي تحقيق الامان في التجمعات السكنيه الجديدة كمدخل لخفض معدل الجريمة

Accommodation can be defined as the sense of stability and feeling secure, and due to the growth of population the
Egyptian’s cities urban limit has expanded and a lot of cities has been spreaded which cause increasing of crime rate in
these residential communities. Therefore the aim of this research is to discuss the role of urban design in increasing the
level of security in new residential communities besides presenting the most important design and planning criteria for
urban formation for improving the communities environment by selecting three new cities:Rehab City,Shorouk City
and Sheikh zayed city in order to evaluate the application level of these criteria on them and determine the insufficiency
in their design. The study shows that the application of many design and planning criteria have been ignored. It also
shows that by applying some of these criteria cause a noticeable improvement in crime reduction and this clearly
indicates the possibility of applying these criteria to achieve the security.
 
 
يشكل المسكن بمفهومه معاني الإستقرار والشعور بالأمان وفي ظل الزيادة السكانية إتسع النطاق العمراني للمدن المصرية وإنتشرت العديد من المدن الجديدة وزادت بدورها الجرائم في هذه التجمعات لذا تهتم الورفة البحثية بمناقشة دور التصميم العمراني في رفع مستوي الأمن بالتجمعات السكنية الجديدة وإبراز أهم المعايير التصميمية والتخطيطية للتشكيل العمراني والتي تساهم في تحسين بيئة هذه التجمعات كخطوه لقياس مدى تطبيقها في واقعنا المحلي وربطها بارتفاع معدلات الجريمة، وقد إختارت الدراسة في الجزء التحليلي ثلاثة مدن جديدة عانت من نوعيات جرائم مختلفة في الأونه الأخيرة وهم : مدينة الرحاب ، مدينة الشروق، مدينة الشيخ زايد لتقييم مدي تطبيق المعاييرعليهم وتحديد جوانب القصور في تصميمهم . وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلي أن الكثير من المعايير التصميمية والتخطيطية قد تم إهمال تطبيقها كما ظهر أن تطبيق بعض المعايير قد نتج عنه تحسن ملحوظ في تحقق العوامل التي تساهم في الحد من الجريمة وهذا مؤشر واضح إلي أهمية هذه العوامل للوصول إلي تحقيق الأمان وخفض معدل الجريمة .
