The Nile Islands between upgrading ,development and investment | الجزر النيلية بين الارتقاء والتطوير والاستثمار

The research aims to study, preserve, develop, and advance river islands as a national wealth and a huge urban advantage for the state, and maximize the benefit from their urban, environmental, tourist, recreational, and economic potential by developing the islands and the banks of the rivers opposite them, and determining the optimal uses of the river banks and the method of dealing with each type of island separately based on natural, environmental, and urban studies; The importance of the Nile islands lies along the Nile River, which is a major national wealth and the lifeline of Egypt in agriculture, drinking, and river transport. Egypt includes about 350 islands distributed along the Nile River that crosses its lands from south to north. Therefore, the research seeks to establish a system of standards, indicators, and foundations for dealing with these distinctive areas and achieving the best possible exploitation. This was done by analyzing global trends in studying the development of river islands to find a relationship between their environmental, urban, and natural characteristics using statistical methods to link urban, environmental, and natural variables and development decisions in global experiences, and to identify strengths and invest them and weaknesses to study and reduce them. The research reached the conclusion of finding the relationship between the variables, characteristics and type of development resulting from the impact of natural, environmental and urban factors to determine the appropriate mechanism for dealing with the nature and characteristics of the islands to develop them and exploit the strengths available from the natural and human components and overcome the weaknesses to achieve sustainable economic development that guarantees the highest efficiency for users while preserving the rights of future generations
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة الجزر النهرية والحفاظ عليها وتطويرها وتنميتها والارتقاء بها كثـروة قومية وميزة عمرانية ضخمة للدولة وتعظيم الاستفادة من امكانياتها عمرانيا وبيئيا وسياحيا وترفيها واقتصاديا وذلك عن طريق تطوير الجزر وضفاف الأنهار المقابلة لها وتحديد الاستعمالات المثلى لضفاف النهر وأسلوب التعامل مع كل نوع جزر على حدة بناء على الدراسات الطبيعية والبيئية والعمرانية ؛ وتكمن أهمية الجزر النيلية على امتداد نهر النيل الذي يعد ثروة قومية كبرى وشريان الحياة لمصر في الزراعة والشرب والنقل النهري وتتضمن مصر حوالي 350 جزيرة موزعة على نهر النيل الذي يخترق أراضيها من الجنوب للشمال ، لذا يسعى البحث لوضع منظومة من المعايير والمؤشرات والأسس للتعامل مع تلك المناطق المميزة وتحقيق أفضل استغلال ممكن وتم ذلك عن طريق تحليل الاتجاهات العالمية لدراسة تنمية الجزر النهرية لإيجاد علاقة بين خصائصها البيئية والعمرانية والطبيعية باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية للربط بين المتغيرات العمرانية والبيئية والطبيعية وقرارات التنمية في التجارب العالمية والوقوف على نقاط القوة واستثمارها ونقاط الضعف لدراستها والحد منها . وتم توصل البحث إلى إيجاد العلاقة بين المتغيرات والخصائص ونوع التنمية الناتج من تأثير العوامل الطبيعية والبيئية والعمرانية لتحديد الآلية المناسبة للتعامل مع طبيعة وخصائص الجزر لتنميتها واستغلال نقاط القوة المتوفرة من المكونات الطبيعية والبشرية والتغلب على نقاط الضعف لتحقيق تنمية اقتصادية مستدامة تضمن أعلى كفاءة للمستخدمين مع حفاظ حقوق الأجيال القادمة .
