Applying Assessment Indicators of Urban Mobility Integration to Enhance the Quality of Life in New Cities "Case Study: Madinaty, and Shorouk City" | تطبيق مؤشرات تقييم تكامل التنقل الحضري لتعزيز جودة الحياة بالمدن الجديدة "دراسة حالة: مدينتي، ومدينة الشروق"

With the increasing pace of urbanization and population growth in major cities, many problems have emerged that have affected the nature and patterns of life, as roads and streets have become dominant at the expense of other transportation alternatives. The trend towards housing has become a means of accommodating the increasing demand, and many residential neighborhoods have become devoid of aspects of quality of life and humanity. The quality of life in the city begins with the relationship between man and the surrounding environment, as it is reflected in his lifestyle and behavior. From this standpoint, the research study aims to measure the integration of urban mobility systems to improve the quality of life. This requires full knowledge of the indicators for evaluating the performance of integration, as this study came as a result of the lack of a clear vision in our local studies about the ways of integrating the mobility system in the network of urban spaces in new cities, in a manner that is compatible with human, social, cultural, economic, and environmental requirements. The research methodology is based on the deductive approach through studying the quality of life and its indicators and integrated urban mobility to formulate indicators for evaluating the quality of mobility, and the analytical approach to describe and measure those indicators on mobility in new cities in Egypt. Finally, the research reached a set of results, including monitoring the positive and negative effects resulting from indicators for evaluating the performance of the quality of integrated urban mobility and measuring the achieved and unachieved standards to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed standards and indicators to enhance the quality of life.
مع زيادة وتيرة التحضر والنمو السكاني في المدن الكبرى ظهرت العديد من الاشكاليات التي أثرت على طبيعة وانماط الحياة، حيث طغت الطرق والشوارع على حساب بدائل النقل الاخرى. أصبح التوجه نحو السكن كوسيلة لاستيعاب الطلب المتزايد، وخلت العديد من الأحياء السكنية من مظاهر جودة الحياة والانسنة، فإن جودة الحياة فى المدينة تبدأ بعلاقة الإنسان بالبيئة المحيطة حيث تنعكس على نمط حياته وسلوكه. من هذا المنطلق تهدف الدراسة البحثية نحو كيفية قياس تكامل أنظمة التنقل الحضري للإرتقاء بجودة الحياة، ذلك يتطلب المعرفة التامة بمؤشرات تقييم أداء التكامل، حيث جاءت تلك الدراسة نتيجة لعدم وجود تصور واضح في دراساتنا المحلية عن سبل تكاملية لمنظومة التنقل بشبكة الفراغات الحضرية بالمدن الجديدة، وبشكل يتلاءم مع المتطلبات الإنسانية، الإجتماعية، الثقافية، الاقتصادية، والبيئية. تعتمد منهجية البحث على المنهج الاستنباطي من خلال دراسة جودة الحياة ومؤشراتها والتنقل الحضري المتكامل لصياغة مؤشرات تقييم جودة التنقل، والتحليلي لوصف وقياس تلك المؤشرات على التنقل بالمدن الجديدة بمصر، أخيراً، توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، بما في ذالك رصد التاثيرات الايجابية والسلبية الناتجة من مؤشرات تقييم أداء جودة التنقل الحضري المتكامل وقياس المعايير المحققة وغير المحققة للتاكيد على فاعلية المعايير والمؤشرات المقترحة لتعزيز جودة لحياة.
